Regulations

§1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

These Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability, and conduct within the Hotel premises. They constitute an integral part of the contract concluded by signing the registration card or through implied actions, in particular by making a reservation and/or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay. By performing any of the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of these Regulations.
The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of HOT_elarnia**** HOTEL & SPA.
The Regulations are available in every room, can be obtained at the Hotel Reception, and downloaded from www.hotelarnia.pl.


§2 HOTEL DAY

The hotel room is rented for hotel days.
The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. the following day.
Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should notify the Reception by 6:00 p.m. the day before. The Hotel will accommodate such requests subject to room availability.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse an extension of stay to any Guest who fails to comply with these Regulations.


§3 RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN

Check-in requires the Guest to present a photo ID at Reception and sign the registration card.
During their stay, Guests may not make their room available to third parties.
Visitors of hotel Guests may stay in the rooms only between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., and must be reported to the Reception in advance.
The Hotel may refuse accommodation to a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations, particularly by causing damage to hotel property, Guests, or staff.
If a reservation is canceled up to 48 hours before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If payment has already been made, a refund will only be issued upon return of the receipt.
Cancellations made after this deadline or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay (according to the Hotel’s standard rates).
For cosmetic or massage appointment changes or cancellations, the Reception must be notified at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in being charged the full cost of the service.
In the event a Guest shortens their stay, the Hotel does not refund payment for the unused hotel night(s).


§4 SERVICES

The Hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
In case of any quality concerns, Guests are requested to report them immediately at Reception to allow the staff to take corrective measures.
The Hotel is obliged to ensure:
– Conditions for a full and undisturbed rest;
– Safety of stay, including the confidentiality of Guest information;
– Professional and courteous service;
– Room cleaning during the Guest’s absence (or, upon request, in their presence);
– Proper technical maintenance, and in case of unavoidable malfunctions, to change the room or minimize inconvenience whenever possible.

Additionally, upon request, the Hotel provides the following services free of charge:
– Information related to the stay and travel;
– Wake-up calls;
– Storage of money and valuables in the hotel deposit (subject to §6.3 of the Regulations);
– Calling a doctor in emergencies.

Guests may use the SPA area (swimming pool, steam bath, Finnish sauna, aromatherapy room, relaxation area, hot tub) free of charge.
Upon request, a baby cot can be provided free of charge.


§5 GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment and technical devices caused by them or their visitors.
If the Guest violates these Regulations, the Hotel may refuse further services, requiring immediate settlement of charges and departure.
The Hotel may also refuse accommodation to a Guest who previously violated the Regulations, caused damage, or disrupted the stay of others.


§6 HOTEL LIABILITY

The Hotel is liable for the loss or damage of items brought by Guests as defined by the Civil Code.
The Hotel is only responsible for loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value if they have been deposited at the Reception.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to store items of high value, large sums of money, hazardous objects, or oversized items exceeding deposit capacity.
The Hotel does not take responsibility for any damage to or loss of the Guest’s car or other vehicles. The parking area is unattended.


§7 LOST AND FOUND

Items left in rooms by departing Guests will be sent to the indicated address at the recipient’s expense. If no such instruction is given, the Hotel will store the items for six months. The Hotel is not responsible for lost property.


§8 NIGHT QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Guests and visitors are required to behave in a manner that does not disturb other Guests.
The Hotel may refuse further service to anyone who violates this rule.


§9 COMPLAINTS

Guests have the right to file complaints regarding any deficiencies in service quality.
All complaints should be submitted to the Hotel Reception in writing, immediately upon noticing the issue.


§10 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

Pets are allowed in selected rooms for an additional fee. Owners must keep pets leashed on hotel grounds and clean up after them.
HOT_elarnia cares for the environment and the preservation of its natural surroundings. Guests are encouraged to join our ecological initiative:
– “If you wish your towels to be replaced, please leave them on the floor.”
– “Placing this strip on the bed means you wish to have the bed linen changed.”

Due to fire safety regulations, Guests are requested not to use heaters, electric irons, or other personal electrical devices not provided by the Hotel.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Violation of the no-smoking policy results in a 500 PLN fine.
